Women's Basketball Tournament Postponed

ST. LOUIS, Mo. … The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) announced on Wednesday that, due to the forecast for a snow and ice storm to hit Central Missouri on Thursday, the Conference’s women’s basketball tournament has been postponed.

Originally scheduled for semifinal games to be played on Thursday, February 21, and the championship on Saturday, February 23, at Westminster College in Fulton, the new schedule moves the semifinal games to Saturday and the championship game to Sunday, February 24.

At 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, the #2-seed Webster University Gorloks will play #3-seed Eureka College Red Devils followed by the top-seed Westminster College Blue Jays hosting the #4-seed Spalding University Golden Eagles at 3:00 p.m.  Sunday’s championship game will be at 2:00 p.m.  All games will be played on the campus of Westminster College.
