Fontbonne Soccer Holds SPENSA Day
The Fontbonne University men's and women's soccer programs hosted SPENSA last Saturday for a special game at halftime of the men's soccer game against Eureka College.
SPENSA, Special Needs Soccer Association, is a Not-for-Profit, St. Louis based soccer program for young people with disabilities. SPENSA is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl of ages 5-21 who has a mental or physical disability. This is the second straight year Fontbonne has partnered with SPENSA to highlight their organization during halftime of a Griffin soccer game.
