The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) Game of the Week is a weekly feature that highlights a key match-up in the conference. This week's game of the week is the women's basketball meeting between Iowa Wesleyan College and Eureka College.

This week's SLIAC Game of the Week is between two of the top teams in the conference standings, Iowa Wesleyan and Eureka. Iowa Wesleyan enters the game with a 9-2 overall mark and is the only remaining undefeated team in conference play with a perfect 4-0 mark. About Iowa Wesleyan
Iowa Wesleyan, the newest member on the block in the SLIAC, has quickly asserted itself in the conference. The Tigers are averaging 74.8 points per game in their four conference contests and are in the midst of a four game winning streak. They are coming off a 76-36 win over Viterbo last weekend and averaging 72.4 points per game this season, tops in the SLIAC. The Tigers fast-paced offense relies on the outside shot, making 9.5 three's a game and attempting 25.7 long-range shots per outing.

Junior guard Karla Vietinghoff leads Iowa Wesleyan, averaging 20.0 points per game and hitting on 47-percent of her three-point attempts. Vietinghoff is coming off a career best 35 point game against Viterbo in which she tied a school record with seven three-pointers. She is also averaging a team-high 7.4 rebounds per game. Whitney Godden is second on the team in scoring at 10.9 points per game while Stephanie Russak is averaging 10.5 points per game and leads the team with 40 assists this season.

About Eureka
Eureka is coming into the game off a 76-59 win over Fontbonne on Saturday. The Red Devils are averaging 71.1 points per game this season, second in the conference, and their only loss in conference play this season was to Spalding University. Eureka is not afraid to shoot the three-pointer, as evident by their 20.8 attempts per game.

The Red Devils are led by the one-two combo of Caty Eeten and Kelsey Shoemake. Eeten is averaging 20.4 points, 7.5 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game this season while shooting 51-percent from the field. Shoemake meanwhile is averaging 14.9 points and a team best 10.1 rebounds per game. Shoemake is shooting 54-percent from the field including 88-percent from the free-throw line.
