SLIAC/DIAMOND SPORTS HITTER OF THE WEEK - APRIL 3 Connor Coyne, from Principia College, is the SLIAC/Diamond Sports Baseball Hitter of the Week. Coyne, a senior shortstop from Ballwin, Mo., sparked the Panthers to three wins last week including a memorable performance against Robert Morris-Springfield. Coyne capped his week with a walk-off home run in the second game of a doubleheader against Robert Morris-Springfield, leading Principia to a 5-3 win. He picked up three hits in that game, driving in two. On the week Coyne hit .455, going 5-for-11 at the plate, and finished with four RBI and a .929 field percentage. |

SLIAC/DIAMOND SPORTS PITCHER OF THE WEEK - APRIL 3 The SLIAC/Diamond Sports Baseball Pitcher of the Week is Sam Huesgen, from Westminster College. Huesgen, a freshman, worked nine scoreless innings against Greenville, picking up the complete-game shutout win. He allowed just five hits and one walk while striking out 10 batters in the contest.

SLIAC SOFTBALL HITTER OF THE WEEK - APRIL 3 Aubrie Vaughn is the SLIAC Softball Hitter of the Week. Vaughn, a freshman infielder for Westminster College, hit .545 with two home runs and nine runs batted in while helping the Blue Jays pick up four conference wins. Vaughn busted out in a doubleheader against Spalding, going 5-for-7 with two home runs; including a grand slam in game one. On the week she finished 6-for-11 at the plate with four runs scored and a 1.273 slugging percentage. |

SLIAC SOFTBALL PITCHER OF THE WEEK - APRIL 3 Alyson Hahn is the SLIAC Softball Pitcher of the Week for April 3 after picking up two career highlight wins last week for Westminster College. Hahn, a senior, became the school's career leader in wins after recording two wins over conference opponents. She picked up a five-inning win over MacMurray, allowing just one run on three hits while striking out seven. She set the new career mark in a 5-2 victory over Spalding, working seven innings and allowing two runs on three hits while striking out 12 batters. On the week she threw 12 innings, striking out 19 batters and walking just four while allowing only six hits. |

SLIAC MEN'S FIELD PLAYER OF THE WEEK - APRIL 3 Austin Lawrence, from Fontbonne University, is the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Field Player of the Week. Lawrence, a freshman from Imperial, Mo., had a career outing in the javelin while at the Hanover Invitational. Lawrence finished with a distance of 36.40 meters, shattering the school record. His distance was over a 10-meter improvement from his previous personal best. |

- Levi Earnest, Fontbonne University (Baseball) Earnest limited Eureka to just one hit over six innings, picking up the win in a 3-0 game.
- Sawyer Grow, Principia College (Baseball) Grow picked up two wins last week including an eight-inning outing in which he allowed just three hits.
- Meghan Illig, Webster University (Track and Field) Illig set a Webster record in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:04.23.
- Jimi Keating, Spalding University (Baseball) Keating recorded 14 strikeouts in seven innings of work against Iowa Wesleyan.
- Zach Matthiesen, Principia College (Track and Field) Matthiesen had a near career day at the Lindenwood Invitational last weekend, setting a new personal best time in the 1500 meter race (3:58.56) and nearly a personal best in the 800-meter event.
- Samantha McIlwain, Iowa Wesleyan University (Softball) McIlwain tallied 12 strikeouts in six innings of work against Blackburn.
- Grant Mullin, Eureka College (Baseball) Mullin went 2-for-4, reaching base two more times on a walk, against Fontbonne and drove in five runs.
- Caitlin O'Neill, Iowa Wesleyan University (Softball) O'Neill reached base six times in a doubleheader sweep over Blackburn, including five hits while driving in four and stealing two bases.
- Morgan Osborn, Eureka College (Softball) Osborn went 3-for-5 with two doubles and three RBI in the second game of a doubleheader against Principia.
