SLIAC Announces 2016-17 Winter All-Academic Team
The 2016-17 St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Winter All-Academic Team includes 61 student-athletes from around the conference, the second straight year at least 60 student-athletes have earned the honor.
Greenville College led the way during basketball season with 16 student-athletes earning All-Academic honors. This marks the second consecutive All-Academic team that Greenville has had the most honorees, after placing 39 student-athletes on the team this past fall. Every SLIAC school placed at least one student-athlete on the All-Academic team with Iowa Wesleyan University joining Greenville as the only two institutions with double digit honorees.
