The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference has joined in a multi-year partnership to make Adidas the official athletic apparel partner and Winning Streak the official merchandise provider for the conference office.....MORE

SLIAC Game of the Week: Webster at Spalding (March 19, 2019)
The first spring SLIAC Game of the Week is a baseball showdown between Spalding University and Webster University. The two teams are off to strong starts this season, with each notching wins over ranked teams. Spalding and Webster will play a doubleheader in Louisville, Ky. on Wednesday afternoon......MORE


AROUND THE SLIAC

Blackburn College

The Blackburn baseball team has managed just two wins so far this season but they have been memorable with both coming in extra innings. They defeated Dallas 7-6 in 10 innings for their first win of the season as Ryan Steen had the game-winning hit in the top of the inning. Two days later they topped Dallas Christian 6-3 in 10 innings, plating three runs in the top half of the frame as pitcher Sammy Gordon picked up his second win of the week.

Eureka College

Last week's SLIAC Feature Friday is with Eureka College softball player Morgan Osborn. Morgan talks about her bucket list summer and several other fun facts like her favorite ice cream and cartoon character.....MORE

Fontbonne University

The Griffins softball team notched their first win of 2019 by taking game two of a doubleheader against Hanover. The Griffins won 11-5 after busting the game open with seven runs in the third inning. Diamond Thomas and Emelia Modglin led the way with three hits each while Abby Richmond drove in three.

Greenville University

The Greenville softball team is off to a 6-2 start this season after playing their spring break trip in South Carolina. The Panthers ended their trip with three straight wins and have already put up double-digit runs in three of their games this season. They return home for a doubleheader against Millikin on Thursday.

Iowa Wesleyan University

Softball pitcher Morgan Christner earned SLIAC Pitcher of the Week honors this week after notching two wins for the Tigers last week. Christner worked 29 innings, tallying 48 strikeouts with a 2.17 earned-run average.

MacMurray College

The MacMurray softball team is currently wrapping up their spring break trip to Arizona. The Highlanders played six games over three days and will return back to the Midwest for a weekend doubleheader against Knox on Saturday.

Principia College

Micah Paulson picked up more honors as he was named to the NABC Coaches Division III All-District team. It marks the first time in program history a Panther has earned the honor since joining Division III. Paulson was the 2019 SLIAC Player of the Year after leading the league in scoring. 

Spalding University

Eric Meyer was not named SLIAC Baseball Hitter of the Week but claimed a spot on the D3baseball.com Team of the Week. Meyer hit .615 (8 for 13) with three home runs and 10 runs batted in over a three-game series against Thomas More.

Webster University

Webster sophomore Jacob Ridenhour become the first Gorlok in program history to be honored by the USTFCCCA as a Division III National Athlete of the Week. Ridenhour finished 3rd overall at the Rhodes Invitational in the 100-meter dash and 4th in the 200-meter dash; with both times currently leading Division III competitors.

Westminster College

The Westminster baseball team has won their last two games and will play Rutgers-Camden in their final spring break games on Friday. The Blue Jays are currently 3-4 overall this season and are fresh off an 18-0 victory over St. Joseph's (Brooklyn).
