Principia Wins 3rd Straight Sportsmanship Award

Principia College received its 3rd straight SLIAC Sportsmanship Award. The award is presented to the school who accumulates the most points throughout the school year in team sportsmanship voting. Voting is conducted by league coaches at the end of each sport season. Voting is based on the team whose players, coaches, and fans best exhibit the principles of good sportsmanship. 

This marks the 3rd straight year that Principia has received the award and the 6th time overall since it was first awarded in 2011. Principia took home five team sportsmanship awards, winning in Men's Cross Country, Women's Soccer, Softball, Men's Track and Field, and Volleyball.
