EUREKA, Ill. – The Eureka College women's soccer team played its final match of the 2017 season Saturday, coming up short in an 8-0 defeat to league rival Westminster at Traister Field.

Cara Wilfong netted a hat trick for the visitors. Natalie Schulte was credited with the match-winning goal in the first half.

Mecayela Monroe (Litchfield, Ill./Litchfield H.S.) started in goal for EC and made four saves.
