HOW IT HAPPENED
Westminster scored in the first minute and then proceeded to score two more times in the first half en route to a 4-2 win over the Eagles Friday in Missouri. Owning a 3-0 halftime advantage, the Eagles broke through the Westminster defense and scored in the 73rd minute to make it 3-1. Kaitlyn McMahan scored the goal for Ozarks. But Westminster would score a goal in the 82nd minute to move ahead 4-1. Alexandra Kasper added a goal in the 89th minute to make it 4-2. The Eagles totaled six shots, while Westminster had 11. All of the Eagles' six shots were on frame.
