EUREKA, Ill. -- The Eureka College women's soccer team lost to St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference rival Iowa Wesleyan 12-0, Tuesday night at McKinzie Field.

Grace Alongi scored the first goal of the match in the second minute. Mecayela Monroe (Litchfield, Ill./Litchfield H.S.) finished Tuesday's match with 16 saves. Jamie Hedges (Lompoc, Calif./Cabrillo H.S.) attempted three shots and Christina Kessler (McLean, Ill./Olympia H.S.) added two attempts.

Eureka will play the final match of the 2017 season Saturday at 3 p.m. against Westminster at Traister Field.
