MOUNT PLEASANT, Iowa -- The women's basketball team fell short in a conference matchup on the road as they were on the short end of a 74-66 decision on Saturday.
Meredith Crosier came off the bench to produce a team-high 14 points, including a three pointer with just over five minutes remaining in the game that gave the Lady Panthers a 54-52 advantage.
Unfortunately, Greenville was outscored 33-26 in the final quarter.
The teams were tied 19-19 after one period, and Greenville held a 33-31 lead at halftime.
The Lady Panthers allowed Iowa Wesleyan to take a one point lead into the fourth quarter.
Crosier also led Greenville in rebounds with four, and Taylor Paulin collected four assists and four steals.
The Lady Panthers (9-5, 4-2 SLIAC) host Eureka on Wednesday at 6 p.m.
