Haven Robertson was top scorer for Greenville with 22 points after success on 7-of-14 field goal attempts, 4-of-9 three-pointers, and 4-of-4 free throws.
Brittany Lopez also posted 10 points in the game that became GU's fourth straight win this season and 17th straight victory against Blackburn.
The Panthers held a 24-7 lead after the first quarter and led 36-21 at halftime.
In the second half, Greenville outscored the Beavers 47-11, recording a 24-9 advantage in the third quarter before going on a 23-2 run over the final period.
The Panthers (8-6, 5-2 SLIAC) can pull into a second place tie with Fontbonne when they host Iowa Wesleyan on Monday at 1 p.m.
