Women's volleyball takes three set win at Eureka

EUREKA, Ill. - The women's volleyball team rolled to an easy 25-3, 25-10, 25-15 victory at Eureka on Friday.

Anna Finch ended as GU's leading point producer with 12 in the contest. She had 11 kills and two block assists.

Emily Stahl provided 10.5 points with eight kills, a solo block, and three block assists.

Jordan Lempa added support for Greenville's attack with 15 set assists. Overall, the Panthers posted a hitting rate of .315 in the match.

Sacorra Patton helped Greenville's defensive effort with 16 digs. Lempa added 11 digs.

Greenville took the first set, only allowing three Eureka points. GU had 11 kills, one error, 23 attacks, and a hitting percentage of .400 in the first set.

In set two, the Panthers ended with a .357 kill percentage, and they tallied a rate of .222 in the final set.

The Panthers (15-5, 8-0 SLIAC) will compete at Monmouth on Saturday against Beloit and the hosting institution Monmouth.
