DECATUR, Ill. -- The men's soccer team locked up with Millikin in a 1-1 double overtime draw on Tuesday night.
The men received a goal from Chad Juneau in the 29th minute to take a 1-0 lead.
Greenville held the one goal advantage until the 85th minute when Millikin slipped a ball past goalkeeper Michael Gonzalez.
Millikin held a 26-17 advantage in shots during the match. Greenville came out strong in the first overtime period, piling up a 5-2 advantage in shots.
Goalkeeper Michael Gonzalez entered in the second half and recorded eight saves. Nick Holland started the match as goalkeeper and picked up four saves.
The Panthers (4-6-2) travel to Fontbonne for a match on Saturday.
