Westminster Women's Soccer Plays Greenville to Scoreless Tie

GREENVILLE, Ill. - Westminster women's soccer played a full 110 minutes against Greenville, playing to a scoreless tie.

The Blue Jays move to 8-4-2 overall and 4-2-1 in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, staying in fourth place.

Westminster got off to a slow start offensively, recording just two shots in the first half to the Panthers' 14. 

In the second half, the Blue Jays added eight shots while the defense allowed just two shots for the Panthers. 

Despite only getting one shot off between both overtime periods, Westminster was able to hold the Greenville attack to preserve the draw. 

Natalie Schulte led the offense with four shots, while Cara Wilfong added three. 

Sarah Cradick played all 110 minutes in goal, making 17 saves. 

Westminster remains home for the last week of the regular season, facing Principia Tuesday and Blackburn Saturday for senior day.
