GREENVILLE, Ill. — The women's basketball team cruised to an easy 91-47 victory over MacMurray at home on Saturday.
Greenville took command of the game early, going on top 20-7 after the first quarter and holding a 50-23 advantage at halftime.
The Lady Panthers pushed the lead to 78-35 to end the third quarter.
Laura Goodnight was the game's top scorer with 15 points.
Taylor Paulin produced 11 points and a team high four steals.
Emily Brandland came off the bench for a 10 point outing.
Meredith Crosier got the start and posted a five assist effort, and Elaina Davis led Greenville with seven rebounds.
The Lady Panthers hit 32-of-69 shots, including a better than 52 percent 12-of-23 mark behind the three point line.
Greenville (13-6, 8-3 SLIAC) will face Williams Baptist on the road on Monday. They are in second place in the SLIAC standings.
