Soukup Named NABC All-District

The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced today the 2017 NABC Coaches' Division III All-District teams and coaches, recognizing the best men's collegiate basketball student-athletes and coaches in the division, selected by member coaches of the NABC in NCAA Division III.

Iowa Wesleyan's Men's Basketball Senior Guard, Steven Soukup (SR/Danville, IA) was named to the NABC Central District's First Team All-District Team. Throughout the 2016-2017 Men's Basketball season, Soukup started in 27 of 27 games for Iowa Wesleyan and averaged 34.5 minutes per game.

Soukup also had a 61.9 shooting percentage from the floor with 714 total points and averaged 6.3 rebounds per game. Additionally, Soukup posted 69 total assists, 18 blocks and 35 steals.
