Blue Jays Head To Hanover In Opening Round

Westminster men's basketball was selected to face host Hanover in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament and will play Friday, March 3 at 6:30 p.m. CT/7:30 p.m. ET.

If they win, they will face either Wooster or North Central on Saturday.

Hanover, located in Hanover, Indiana, was 23-3 overall this season and 16-2 in the HCAC. 

They defeated Mount St. Joseph in the conference tournament to earn an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. 

Westminster its second-straight automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament after defeating Greenville 128-121 in the SLIAC Championship. 

The Blue Jays enter the tournament 19-8 overall.
