Webster Men's Golf 26th After First Round of NCAA Championships

Howie-in-the-Hills, Fla. - The Webster University men's golf team finished round one in the 2012 NCAA III Championships, on May 15, at 314, landing them in 26th place.  Kyler Scott (JR, Culver Academy, IN) shot a 72 and wound up tied for ninth on the individual leaderboard in the tournament, that is being held at Howey-in-the-Hills Golf Course in Florida.

The Gorloks are competing in a field of 41 teams and 210 individuals from across the U.S.  Round two takes place on May 16, and 15 teams will make the cut for a final two rounds to be held on May 17-18.  Webster's full results for round one:
