Hocker Takes Player of the Week Honors

Webster University golfer Will Hocker has been named the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Golf Player of the Week for April 11, 2018. Hocker, a freshman from Grapevine, Texas, helped lead the Gorloks to a 6th place team finish at the NCAA Division III Match Play Invitational.

Hocker won all four of his matches in dominating fashion. Hocker closed out all four of his opponents by the 15th hole of competition including an 8&7 win against Transylvania; needing just 11 holes to wrap up the victory. He played just 56 of a possible 72 holes during the four rounds.
