SLIAC Men's Golf Player of the Week - April 17 Zac Ciesla is the SLIAC Golf Player of the Week for April 17. Ciesla led the Gorloks to a 5th place finish at the Rhodes College Spring Invite. Ciesla finished tied for 10th individually with a 2-under total of 214. He shot a 67 in the final round, the 2nd lowest round score in program history. With Ciesla's leading the way the Gorloks also set a school record with a final round team score of 283, finishing 5-under; marking the first time the Gorloks have carded a team round score under par. |

SLIAC Men's Golf Player of the Week - April 11 Will Hocker has been named the SLIAC Men's Golf Player of the Week for April 12, 2019. Hocker, a sophomore at Webster University, competed in the Illinois Wesleyan Invitational this week, finishing in a tie for 4th place individually while helping the Gorloks to a 5th place finish as a team. Hocker started the competition with a first round 69, his lowest total this season. He followed that up with a 73 in the second round for a total score of 142, finishing two under par over 36 holes. |

SLIAC Men's Golf Player of the Week - April 4 Jaime Suarez has been selected as the SLIAC Golf Player of the Week for April 4, 2019. Suarez, a freshman at Iowa Wesleyan University, is coming off a 21st place finish in the Knox College Invitational. He shot a two-day score of 156, tying for 21st in a field of 119. Suarez shaved six strokes off his opening round score, finishing with a 75 on day two. |

SLIAC Men's Golf Player of the Week - March 28 Blackburn College senior Anthony Harper is the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Men's Golf Player of the Week. Harper shot a tournament and career low of 72 in his second round of the Blackburn Spring Invitational. His second round score helped him snab the second place spot in the tournament. Harper shot for 80 in the first round which would give him a score of 153 for the tournament. This is Harper's second player of the week award for 2018-2019. |

SLIAC Men's Golf Player of the Week - Oct. 17 Fontbonne University senior Will Pruden takes home the final St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Men's Golf Player of the Week award for the fall season. Pruden finished in 3rd place at the Oakland City Invitational last weekend. He shot a two-over par, 146 for the two round event. Pruden cut six shots off his opening round with a second round 70, the lowest score of the day |

SLIAC Men's Golf Player of the Week - October 10 Blackburn College senior Anthony Harper is the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Men's Golf Player of the Week. Harper, from Nashville, Ill., won a two-hole playoff at the MacMurray Fall Invitational to capture medalist honors. Harper placed first after shooting a 76 in the tournaments only round. He helped the Beavers finish 2nd overall with a team score of 329 |

SLIAC Golf Player of the Week - October 3 Ciesla, a junior from Lake Charles, La., is the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Golf Player of the Week. Ciesla helped the Gorloks close out their fall season with a first-place finish at the Dan Quayle Classic, besting 10 other teams. The Gorloks shot a team score of 582, setting a program record for two rounds. Ciesla led the way individually for Webster, shooting a 143 and tying for second place in the tournament field. |

SLIAC Men's Golf Player of the Week - Sept. 24 Will Hocker is the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Men's Golf Player of the Week for September 25, 2018. Hocker tied for 34th place at the Rhodes College Fall Classic, helping the Gorloks finish 11th overall as a team. Hocker shot three rounds of 74 or below including a low round of 71 in the opening round. He followed with back to back rounds of 74 to finish tied for 34th in a field of 104. |

SLIAC Men's Golf Player of the Week - Sept. 19 Leaton, a freshman from Wilton, Iowa, is the SLIAC Men's Golf Player of the Week after a top-five finish at the Eureka College Invitational. Playing in a field full of conference players, Leaton placed 4th overall with one round score of 77. He carded a 39 on the front nine and a 38 on the back nine, edging out his teammate in a tie-break. |

SLIAC Men's Golf Player of the Week - Sept. 12, 2018 Jaime Suarez is the first SLIAC Golf Player of the Week winner for the 2018 season after a first-place finish in his collegiate debut. Suarez shot a two-round score of 144 in the Iowa City Shootout, besting 22 other golfers. After a first-round 75, he shot a tournament-best 69 in round two. For the tournament, he finished six strokes ahead of the second-place finisher while helping the Tigers to a team win as well. |
