Principia Restructures Soccer Coaching Staff

Principia College Director of Athletics Dr. Lee Ellis has announced a change in the structure of the men's and women's soccer programs. Beginning July 2017, Director of Soccer Jess Semnacher will become Head Men's Coach, and Associate Director of Soccer Meagan Fleming will take over as Head Women's Coach. Deputy Director Nicole Gervais will continue assisting both programs in her role as Associate Head Coach, but will primarily focus on the women's program.
Record Fall For SLIAC All-Academic Team Honors

For the second straight fall the SLIAC will recognize a record amount of student-athltes on the conference All-Academic Team. This fall a total of 181 student-athletes earned SLIAC All-Academic Team honors, surpassing last year's record high of 168.

Spalding University's historic 2016 season highlights the SLIAC Men' Soccer All-Conference team. In addition to their first ever regular season conference title the Golden Eagles were honored on the All-Conference team by sweeping the SLIAC individual awards that include the Coach of the Year, Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, and Newcomer of the Year awards.
