Spalding's Lesher Named Scholar All-American

The honors continue to roll in for Spalding University senior men's soccer player Joey Lesher. Lesher was named to the 2016 NSCAA Division III Scholar All-America Team, earning Third Team honors.

Lesher, who has picked up numerous honors this season for his efforts on the field, was recognized by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) for his efforts off the field. Lesher was named Third Team Scholar All-America by the organization as a defender, holding a 3.86 grade-point average while majoring in Accounting and Business Administration. Lesher has also picked up honors as the SLIAC Defensive Player of the Year, First Team All-Conference, and All-Central Region Third Team.
