SLIAC SOFTBALL HITTER OF THE WEEK - MAY 1 Webster University junior Katlyn Garza is the SLIAC Softball Hitter of the Week. Garza, from O'Fallon, Mo., exploded for seven hits in a doubleheader against Rose-Hulman. In game one she was 4-for-4 with a home run and four runs batted in. She followed with a 3-for-4 performance in game two, driving in another run. On the week she hit .875 with five runs batted in and a 1.375 slugging percentage. |

SLIAC SOFTBALL PITCHER OF THE WEEK - MAY 1 Morgan Mansur is the SLIAC Softball Pitcher of the Week. Mansur, a junior at Webster University, helped the Gorloks by coming out of the bullpen twice last week. Mansur worked 4 2/3 innings in game one of a doubleheader against Rose-Hulman. She picked up the win, allowing no runs on six hits. She came back in game two for another inning of work, striking out two batters. |

- Erica Burney, Westminster College (Softball) Burney was 2-for-3 with a home run and two RBI in a key win over Greenville that helped the Blue Jays clinch the SLIAC regular season title.
