Fontbonne's Collier Reaches 1,000-Career Points

ST. LOUIS - Fontbonne University senior guard Calli Collier scored 12 points last Saturday to surpass the 1,000 career point total as a Griffin. Fontbonne lost to Webster 47-45.

As a four-year starter, Collier amassed 194 points as a freshman, 339 as a sophomore, 357 as a junior and 126 thurs far this season. Collier is averaging nine points a game as a senior while leading the team in assists. He also lead the team in scoring last season averaging 12.8 points a game while leading Fontbonne to the NCAA Div. III National Tournament. As a sophomore, Collier finished second on her team in scoring.

Collier earned SLIAC Honorable Mention All-Conference honors as a sophomore in addition to being named to the SLIAC All-Tournament Team. As a junior, Collier was named to the SLIAC First-Team All-Conference and was named the SLIAC Tournament MVP.
