Haring Notches 500th Career Assist
Fontbonne University seniorwomen's basketball player Emmie Haring dished out seven assists in the first half against Iowa Wesleyan University on Monday afternoon, on her way to nine assists and seven steals.
Her sixth assist, a long ball sent to Paige Black for a fast break layup was the 500th of her career. Haring is only the second player in the history of the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference to achieve the feat and has 503 assists on the year with seven games remaining in the season.
