Golden Eagles Start With Win At Thomas More

Spalding started out the season at a tri-match against Thomas More and Oakland City, taking home first place.

HOW IT HAPPENED
 - Kassidy Wallin shot an 85 to tie for first place, followed closely by Olivia Schmidt (88). Seniors Taylor Thompson (91) and Beth Graham(97) rounded out the group to take home SU's first, first place finish of the season. Their team total for 18 holes was 361 beating out Oakland City by two strokes.

- The Golden Eagles look to defend their SLIAC championship Monday, September 24. The 2018 SLIAC Championship is being hosted by MacMurray College at The Links G.C. in Jacksonville, Ill.
