Three SLIAC Women's Soccer Players Named All-Region

ST. LOUIS - Three St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) Women's Soccer Players have been named to the 2010 NSCAA/Performance Subaru NCAA Division III Women's All-Central Region Team. Webster University's Christy Capkovic was named to the Second Team, while Principia College's Cristina Post and Greenville College's Mindy Siebert were both named to the Third Team.

Capkovic, a senior forward from St. Louis, Mo., led the Gorloks with 18 goals this season. She also added nine assists for a team-high 45 points. Capkovic was also a First Team All-SLIAC selection and was named to the SLIAC All-Tournament Team.

Post, a sophomore defender from Malibu, Calif., was the 2010 SLIAC Women's Soccer Player of the Year and a First Team All-SLIAC honoree. She posted one goal and 10 assists for a total of 12 points, while also leading the Panthers to nine shutouts.

Siebert, a sophomore forward from Cape Girardeau, Mo., was both a First Team All-SLIAC selection as well as a member of the SLIAC All-Tournament Team. She led Greenville with a team-high 21 goals and 10 assists for a total of 52 points.
