Gundy Selected Academic All-District

The 2018 Google Cloud Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Soccer Teams, selected by CoSIDA, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Heidi Gundy was named to the District 5 First Team.

Gundy has earned a perfect 4.0 in her four years as a Blue Jay and is an exercise science major. She is also a member of the prestigious Skulls of Seven on campus. 

This season, Gundy recorded her best offensive season as a Blue Jay. She added nine goals and five assists for 23 points, including her first career hat trick earlier this season. She led the team in shot percentage, recording her nine goals on just 15 shots, including 11 on goal. She was named to the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference first team at the conclusion of the SLIAC Tournament. 

Gundy will move on to the All-America ballot, which will be announced in December.
