As a senior she averaged 18.9 points and 6.6 rebounds per game, leading the league in scoring average. That same year she guided the Gorloks to a SLIAC Tournament title, earning Tournament MVP honors. Following that season she was named Division III News Honorable Mention All-American, just the 3rd Gorlok to earn that honor. Carr was a member of two Gorlok teams that advanced to the NCAA Tournament, including the 2001-02 team that won a school-record 25 games. She is the school's all-time leading scorer with 1,658 points; ranking her 4th in SLIAC history. She ranks in the top three in school history in field goals made, field goals attempted, career scoring average, career field goal percentage, career free throws made, rebounds, and steals. Carr was inducted into the Webster University Athletics Hall of Fame in 2012.
