Game of the Week is a weekly feature that highlights a key match-up in the conference this week. This week's SLIAC Game of the Week is the Webster University and Eureka College women's basketball game on Saturday, December 14th.

At a Glance
Saturday's meeting between Webster and Eureka will pit two of the top three remaining undefeated teams SLIAC conference play against each other. Webster starts the week with a 4-2 overall record and are undefeated in the conference with a 2-0 record. Eureka meanwhile is 4-1 overall and 1-0 in the SLIAC. About Webster
Webster has won two straight contests, with wins over Greenville and Fontbonne last week. The Gorloks are averaging 69.5 points per game, fifth best in the conference. They have had success this season on the boards, averaging 45.2 rebounds per game and outrebounded their opponents by a league best 5.7 per game. The Gorloks play an inside game and routinely get to the free-throw line, averaging 33.5 free-throw attempts per game.

Courtney Pursley is the team's leading scorer at 16.3 points per game. Pursley is also averaging 11.3 rebounds per game, leading the conference. Cassie Endicott is second on the team in both scoring and rebounding at 12.0 points and 7.2 rebounds per game. Britt Harris-Conway is also averaging in double figures at 11.5 points per game.

About Eureka
Eureka is on a three game winning streak with wins over Knox, Robert Morris-Springfield and MacMurray. The Red Devils enter the week averaging 69.8 points per game and are one of the league's best defensive teams, holding opponents to just 30.6 percent shooting. The Red Devils are the league's second best rebounding team, averaging 48.8 rebounds per game.

Eureka is led by the strong duo of Kelsey Shoemake and Caty Eeten. Shoemake leads the team in scoring and rebounding at 16.0 points and 11.2 rebounds per game. She is shooting 55-percent from the field and is among the conference leaders in blocks with 14. Eeten is averaging 15.4 points per game and is shooting 60-percent from three-point range this season. Jenna Brooks is the final player for the Red Devils that is averaging in double figures with 13.8 points per game.
