SLIAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week - Nov. 26
Karson Hayes, Blackburn College

Hayes, a junior guard from Little Rock, Ark., led the Beavers to an 81-77 win over Elmhurst last week. Hayes netted 23 points in the win, going 6-of-11 from the field including 5-of-7 from three-point range. Hayes also grabbed six rebounds and recorded two steals while going 6-of-6 from the free-throw line.

       
   

SLIAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week - Nov. 26
Mirrakohl Johnson, Westminster College

Johnson, a senior from Memphis, Tenn., recorded her second straight double-double after finishing with 14 points and 13 rebounds in a win over Central (Iowa). Johnson hit seven field goals in the game, grabbing six offensive rebounds. She also finished with four assists and five steals in the victory.

Other Notables:

  • Addison Beussink, Webster - Recorded a double-double with 23 points and 14 rebounds against Augustana.
  • Johari Dix, Greenville - Scored 33 points against Redlands.
  • Jenna Dudra, Blackburn - Had 23 points and eight steals against Robert Morris-Springfield.
  • Josh Johnson, Webster - Named to the Webster Classic All-Tournament team after averaging 18.0 points in the two games including going 16-of-18 from the free-throw line.
  • Marcus Montgomery, Spalding - Put up 25 points against Berea, knocking down six three-pointers.
  • Romo Tabb, Westminster - Finished with 21 points and 13 rebounds in a win over Ozarks.
