Lovellette Receives Title Change
Upon approval from the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) President's Council, Brian Lovellette has received a title change to the Assistant Commissioner of the SLIAC. SLIAC Commissioner Dr. Dick Kaiser proposed the title change to incorporate a title that more accurately reflects Lovellette's duties and responsibilities.
Lovellette is in his 7th year with the NCAA Division III athletic conference, serving as the Director of Athletic Communications. In his role, he is responsible for all conference office communications, website management, and social media content. More recently he has taken on additional roles such as leading the conference's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), instituting leadership and professional development initiatives, and assisting in conference championship planning.
Lovellette is a 2000 graduate of McKendree University and earned his Master's in Management from Fontbonne University in 2015. He is also a member of CoSIDA and a part of the CoSIDA Goodwill and Wellness Committee.
