Westminster fell in the first two doubles matches of the day to the teams of Michelle Tulchinskaya/Emily Stevenson and Jenna Smith/Kara Wesolowski. Laural Royer and Payton Beeler claimed the victory in the final doubles match.
In singles, the two schools split the matches evenly. Clara Bladwin, Natalie Tiffany, and Laura Kelly all earned the victories for the Blue Jays. Baldwin edged out her opponent Emily Stevenson in a tight 3-set match 7-6, 4-6, 10-7.
The Blue Jays fell to 2-3 on the season, while the Eutectics improved to 6-1.
On Saturday, the Blue Jays are home again at 10am against Blackburn to start the conference season.
