Women’s volleyball team posts 3-1 record at Illinois College Tournament
JACKSONVILLE, Ill. – The Olivet College women’s volleyball team posted a 3-1 record at the 2021 Illinois College Tournament inside the Sherman Gymnasium. On Friday night, the Comets defeated Monmouth (Ill.) College in five sets and Blackburn (Ill.) College in four sets. This afternoon, Olivet slipped past Rose-Hulman (Ind.) Institute of Technology in five sets before losing a three-set match to the host Lady Blues.

- Sophomore Olivia DuFore finished with a team-best 17 kills, followed by sophomore Morgan Dillon (12), junior Ellie Louiselle (11) and sophomore Logan Allen (10).
- Junior Kennedy Blackburn dished out 47 set assists.
- DuFore also served five aces.
- Senior Drue Mullin topped the back row with 46 digs.
- DuFore and junior Jill Arends tallied 25 and 20 digs, respectively.

- Louiselle was next with nine kills, followed by Dillon (8), Allen (6) and senior Jordyn Emelander (6).
- Making her first start of the season, freshman Madison Johnson recorded 28 set assists and three service aces.
- Mullin contributed a team-best 27 digs, followed by DuFore (17), Arends (16) and junior Madison Chubb (12).
