The Webster University baseball team has been picked 8th in the 2015 D3baseball.com pre-season poll.  The Gorloks received 375 points in the poll, finishing just ahead of regional rival Concordia University-Chicago. Defending NCAA III Champion Wisconsin-Whitewater was picked first in the poll.

Webster will face Concordia twice during the 2015 campaign and has six games scheduled during the season against teams in the pre-season top 25.

The Gorloks were also picked 8th in the D3baseball.com 2014 pre-season poll.  Webster was ranked 9th in D3baseball.com's final 2014 poll after the Gorloks finished the season with a 37-7 overall record, winning a fifth consecutive SLIAC Championship. The Gorloks reached the #1 ranking in Division III baseball during the 2014 season for the first time in program history. 

Webster was picked 11th in the Collegiate Baseball 2015 pre-season poll that came out earlier this winter.  For the full D3baseball.com 2015 pre-season poll, click HERE.
