ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Jessica Guy reached the 1,000 point plateau as Spalding cruised to a 69-41 win over Webster University for their fifth consecutive win. The Golden Eagles are now 19-4 on the season and 16-1 in the SLIAC.

With the win, Spalding clinched the number one overall, and will host next week's SLIAC Championship tournament with two semifinal games coming Thursday, February 26th with the championship game on Saturday.

The Eagles scored the first nine points of the game, including six from Guy. She reached the 1,000 point milestone by sinking a pair of free throws to put Spalding in front 9-0 four minutes into the game.
