Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week | ||
Rex Heath, Principia College In a field of all conference runners, Heath took first place at the North Farm Mini Meet. The freshman runner finished the 5k course in a time of 17-minutes flat, besting the other 16 runners in the race. He started the race with a 5:09 first mile and held on for his first collegiate win. |

Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week | ||
Kyanne Williams, Webster University Williams picks up her third weekly award this season after finishing first at the North Farm Mini Meet. Williams completed the 5k course in a time of 21:29, besting a field of 12 conference competitors. |

Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week | ||
Aamahn Murvin, Webster University Murvin recorded his first career hat trick in helping the Gorloks to a 4-0 win over Blackburn. The senior forward buried three goals on six shots in the game. He opened the scoring in the game at the 14-minute mark before adding two more goals in the second half just 10-minutes apart. |

Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week | ||
Torben Rehnert, Principia College The sophomore keeper held a clean sheet in two games last week. In 180 minutes of action, Rehnert blanked two conference opponents. He had six saves in a 1-0 win over Eureka and stopped four more shots in a scoreless draw against Blackburn. |

Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week | ||
Viviane de Castro, Principia College A senior, de Castro, tallied four goals and one assist in two conference wins last week for the Panthers. She a hat trick against Eureka, scoring all three goals in a 20-minute span during the first half. She added an assist on her team's 6th goal of the game. She followed with another goal in a win over Blackburn and finished the week with nine points. |

Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week | ||
Megan Davidson, Westminster College Davidson was key in net for the Blue Jays last week, stopping 20 of 22 shots she faced on the week. She had 15 saves while allowing just one goal, in a loss to Fontbonne. She followed with five more saves in a 1-1 tie against Webster. In 180 minutes of action, she finished with a .909 save percentage. |

Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week | ||
Payton Bledsoe, Westminster College Bledsoe led the Blue Jays to three wins last week, totaling 35 kills and 40 points in four matches. The senior middle blocker hit .388 with 2.92 kills per set and added seven total blocks. She had a high of 13 kills against Spalding and finished three matches with double-digit points. |

Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week | ||
Chasity Hill, Greenville University Hill totaled 67 digs in three matches, averaging 6.09 digs per set. She had two matches of at least 20 digs including a high of 26 digs in a win over Blackburn. |
