Women's Volleyball Secures No. 2 Seed In SLIAC Tournament After Sweep Of Red Devils

EUREKA, Ill.—The Fontbonne University women's volleyball team secured the No. 2 seed in the upcoming SLIAC Tournament after a sweep over Eureka. It's the first time since 2005 the Griffins will be the No. 2 seed. Emma Pramik also became the 10^th player in program history to reach 1,000 career digs.

Set Notes

Set 1: The Griffins opened the first set with a 15 kill and .256 hitting percentage performance. Jordan Harpel had five kills on eight swings for a .625 hitting percentage.

Jadyn Fitzgerald contributed four kills and a .500 hitting percentage, while Emma Pramik had six digs.

Set 2: It was another stellar performance offensively in the second with 14 kills and a .406 hitting percentage. Kristen Kaempfe led with six kills and a .667 hitting percentage.

Set 3: In the third, the Griffins totaled 12 kills and a .290 hitting percentage. Jadyn Fitzgerald led with three kills. Maura Oge, Harpel, Jackie Drury, and Gallagher finished with two each.

• Fontbonne finished with 41 kills and a .314 hitting percentage.
• For the second time in three games they finished with 12 service aces.
