Spalding Heads North For Tournament

On Monday afternoon Spalding University found its destination for the 2023 NCAA Division III Softball Championship. The Golden Eagles will be headed North to Wisconsin for the Wisconsin-Whitewater Regional. 

After winning their first-ever SLIAC regular season title, the Golden Eagles doubled up on titles and won the tournament title on Saturday. The Golden Eagles are 29-11 overall and will be making their first-ever trip to the D3 Softball Championships. Spalding was placed in a regional with Coe, Transylvania, and host Wisconsin-Whitewater. Games begin on Thursday with the Golden Eagles opening up against the host school.
