#1 Webster

Regular season champions for a program-best fourth consecutive year the Gorloks are the top seed in this year's tournament and will look to defend last year's tournament title. The Gorloks are leading the league in scoring, thanks to a 46 percent team field goal percentage, and in scoring defense, thanks to 15.2 steals per game. Julie Baudendistel (15.1 ppg) is one of four Gorloks to average double figures in scoring. Kate Rolfes is the team's top outside shooter, with 41 threes, and is averaging 11.2 points per game. Both players are averaging 2.3 steals per game this season and spearhead the defensive attack. Forwards Bethany Lancaster (12.6 ppg) and Emily Wilson (11.5 ppg) are 4th and 1st in the conference in field goal percentage.

#2 Greenville

Greenville's three-game winning streak is the longest in the league helping them to its highest finish in the SLIAC standings since the 2018-19 season. The Panthers are equally as strong on both offense and defense, ranking 2nd in the league in both points per game and points allowed per game. Madelyn Stephen leads the team in scoring with 14.2 points per game. Emily Reinneck is putting up 13.7 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game while knocking down a team-high 45 threes. Savana Powell-Goodman is another option on offense, averaging 11.1 points per game. The Panthers have shown a propensity for good ball movement with five players recording over 50 assists this season.

#3 Westminster

Westminster may be peaking at the right time with wins over every other tournament team in the last two and a half weeks. The Blue Jays rank in the middle of the league in offense but average 15.4 offensive rebounds per game and are 2nd in fewest turnovers per game. Annette Ramirez is the league's top scorer at 19.7 points per game. Shelby Kurtz joins her in the backcourt and puts up 11.1 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game while also leading the league with 70 steals.

#4 Fontbonne

Fontbonne relies on the three, leading the league in three-point percentage and averaging 8.7 threes per game. Freshman Madison Nelson is averaging 15.1 points per game while shooting 52 percent from the field. Do-it-all guard Kourtney White is averaging 13.8 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game while Ja'mise Bailey is averaging 13.6 points per game. Despite playing in just 11 games this season, and missing the last two weeks, Mallory Ronshausen was averaging 15.5 points per game and was one of six Griffins with 20 or more three-point field goals this season.

#5 Principia

It has been quite the turnaround this season for Principia, who will be making its first postseason appearance since 2007. The Panthers added 11 wins from last year's total. The Panthers hit the boards hard, averaging a league best 43.8 rebounds per game including 16.4 offensive boards. Taylor Brown leads the team at 14.2 points per game adding 6.0 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game. Ariana Williams is averaging 12.3 points and a team-high 6.8 rebounds per game and is one of the SLIAC's top defenders with 63 steals and 28 blocked shots. Brin Hultz is putting up 11.8 points per game and has a team-high 29 threes this season.

#6 Eureka

Eureka won its last two games of the regular season to secure a postseason bid. The Red Devils like to pound the ball inside, getting to the free throw line a league-leading 23.1 times per game. Sydney Hannam is averaging 19.3 points per game and leads the team with 43 threes while shooting 85 percent from the free-throw line. Abby Stotler and Shakaya Rogers are both averaging in double figures while Josie Ness leads the team with 7.0 rebounds per game.
