SLIAC Pair Named All-Region

A pair of women's soccer players from the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference has been named to the 2021 United Soccer Coaches All-Region VIII team. Dori Emig and Jordan Lande were both recognized for their success on the field this past fall and were the only two women's soccer players from the SLIAC to receive the honor. 

Dori Emig, a junior at Spalding University, was named Third Team All-Region. Emig started all 20 games for the Golden Eagles this fall and finished with 3 goals and 3 assists for 9 total points. She was a First Team All-Conference selection as a defender and helped the team to 7 shutouts this fall. 

Jordan Lande, a senior at Webster University, picked up Third Team All-Region honors after leading the Gorloks with 18 goals and adding 6 assists. Her 42 total points were second in the league. She was also named First Team All-Conference this past fall and is making her first All-Region appearance.
