Coach Lee Ellis, Principia College
One of two coaches to take home five SLIAC Coach of the Year awards, Coach Ellis led the Panthers to tournament titles in 2004, going 12-1-1, and in 2008 with an undefeated 8-0-0 mark. 

Coach Luigi Scire, Webster University
Coach Scire took home the league's top coaching award five times during the decade as he guided the Gorloks to eight national tournament appearances. His teams in 2001 and 2003 are still the only two teams in SLIAC history to advance past the first round of the Division III national tournament. 

Britsy Bruland, Principia College
Bruland was a four-time All-Conference selection in her career, twice earning First Team honors. She totaled 28 goals and 30 assists during her career from 2003-06.

Christy Capkovic, Webster University
Capkovic was chosen as a First Team All-Conference player three times during the decade. One of the league's premier goal scorers she finished with 88 goals and 47 assists for 223 points, ranking her in the SLIAC Top Ten in all three categories. Capkovic was a 2010 Academic All-American and was named to the SLIAC Hall of Fame in 2018.

Kathleen Capkovic, Webster University
A three-time First Team All-Conference selection, Kathleen finished with 14 goals and 21 assists for 49 points in her career. 

Mary Jo Clark, Webster University
Clark earned All-Conference honors three times during the decade including First Team picks in 2000 and 2001. She totaled 51 goals and 32 assists in her career including a pair of 19 goal seasons as a sophomore and junior.

Elizabeth Cornwell, Fontbonne University
Cornwell was named All-Conference four times with the Griffins. She picked up First Team honors from 2001-03.

Colleen Daues, Webster University
Daues was the 2003 Player of the Year when she tallied 4 goals and 4 assists. She started 58 of 60 games played in her career from 2002-04.

Christina Day, Principia College
Day was one of the most decorated players in league history, earning First Team All-Conference honors all four years and was chosen as the Player of the Year in 2006. She ranks 4th in SLIAC career points with 193, including 83 career goals. Day was elected to the SLIAC Hall of Fame in 2017.

Lauren Dieckmann, Maryville University
Dieckman notched three First Team All-Conference selections during the decade. One of the top defenders in league history she helped the Saints to an 18-5-1 record during her three years in the conference including a co-conference title in 2007.

Ashley Everett, Webster University
Everett was a three-time All-Conference player during the decade, twice earning First Team honors from her backfield spot, finishing her career with 1 goal and 9 assists in 79 games played.

Kerri Flaugher, Maryville University
Flaugher was named All-Conference all four years with the Saints including First Team in 2004.

Meagan Fleming, Principia College
Fleming picked up First Team All-Conference honors three times during her career from 2004-07 as one of the Panthers' top defenders.

Jamie Furbush, Principia College
Furbush was a three-time All-Conference player during the decade including First Team honors as a junior and senior.

Nicole Gervais, Principia College
Gervais was a force for the Panthers, earning First Team All-Conference honors in 2001; when she was the Player of the Year. She recorded 84 goals and 54 assists for 222 total points, placing her in the top three in each category for SLIAC career marks. Gervais was chosen for the SLIAC Hall of Fame in 2007.

Alicia Girbes-Pierce, Principia College
Girbes-Pierce won back-to-back SLIAC Player of the Year awards in 2008 and 2009. She finished with 163 points, including 65 goals during her career, and is the league's all-time leader in game-winning goals with 19. Girbes-Pierce joined the SLIAC Hall of Fame in 2018.

Natalie Lappe, Greenville University
Lappe was a fixture for the Panthers, earning All-Conference nods three times during the decade including being named the 2007 Co-Player of the Year. Lappe totaled 154 points in her career, ranking her in the Top Ten in SLIAC history.

Christie Lindsay, Maryville University
One of the few players in league history to earn First Team All-Conference honors all four years, Lindsay starred for the Saints from 2004-07. She ranks 2nd all-time in SLIAC history with 56 career assists. 

Niki Martinez, Webster University
Martinez was a two-time Player of the Year doing so in 2000 and 2002. She was a three-time First Team All-Conference selection during the decade and was named to the SLIAC Hall of Fame in 2008. She finished her career with 156 career points, placing her in the Top Ten in SLIAC history.

Kelsey McClure, Webster University
McClure picked up First Team All-Conference honors three times during the decade. She finished with 49 goals and 30 assists with a 24-goal season in 2007 that ranks in the Top Ten in league history. 

Amanda Meyer, Maryville University
Meyer earned All-Conference honors all four years including a First Team nod as a senior in 2005.

Amanda Nuyt, Maryville University
Nuyt was the 2005 Player of the Year and earned All-Confernece honors all four years as a goalkeeper. Her 35 career wins still rank 4th in SLIAC history while her 22 career shutouts are 3rd all-time and 491 saves are in the Top Ten.

Amie Rengel, Blackburn College
Rengel was named First Team All-Conference three times during the decade. She finished her career as the Beavers leader in goals (60), assists (44), and points (164) and holds single-season program marks for assists and points.

Apryl Schlichtig, Blackburn College
A midfielder, Schlichtig picked up First Team All-Conference nods from 2003-05.

Danielle Shannon, Westminster College
Shannon was a three-time All-Conference player, earning First Team honors in three straight seasons from 2004-06. She ranks among the program's all-time leaders in goals and points.

Jessica Spink, Webster University
Spink received First Team All-Conference honors three times during the decade as she finished with 18 goals and 11 assists during her career from 2002-05.

Jenna Steiner, Webster University
Steiner was a four-time All-Conference performer, twice being named First Team. Playing from 2006-09 she totaled 16 goals and 28 points in her career.

Jennai Taylor, Principia College
Taylor was named All-Conference four times in her career, including three as a First Team selection, and was the 2007 Co-Player of the Year. She finished her career with 144 points on 56 goals and 32 assists.

Lindsey Tiemeyer, Maryville University
Tiemeyer was one of the league's best playmakers, totaling 54 assists in her career; which still ranks 3rd in SLIAC history. She earned All-Conference honors twice during the decade and was the 2004 Player of the Year. She was an Academic All-American in 2004.

Jessica Thompson, Principia College
Thompson, a midfielder, received three All-Conference selections including a pair of First Team nods.
