Bio

Alex Raetzloff was a baseball player for Webster University from 2006-09. The infielder finished his Gorlok career with a .351 batting average and 17 home runs with 102 runs batted in and 62 stolen bases. He had 172 hits, including 40 doubles and six triples, with 164 runs scored and a .561 slugging percentage. His best season was as a junior when he hit .409 with 11 home runs, 44 RBI, 65 runs, 136 total bases, and a .774 slugging percentage. He was named the SLIAC Player of the Year in 2007 and a two-time First Team All-Conference player. He was named All-American in 2008 and was a part of three conference championships. Raetzloff currently ranks in the top ten in conference history in runs scored, walks, and stolen bases as well as in single-season rankings for total bases, slugging percentage, doubles, runs scored, and hits.
