Idell To Return As Eureka Volleyball Head Coach

Eureka College interim volleyball head coach Becca Idell has been promoted to serve the program as head coach on a permanent basis, EC Director of Athletics Steve Thompson announced Monday. Idell directed the Red Devils to their best record since 2009 as interim head coach last fall.
SLIAC To Induct Second Largest Hall Of Fame Class In 2017

The 2017 St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) Hall of Fame Class will be the largest since 2007 and includes Rachel Backes, Jeff Borengasser, Christina Day, Ricky Seaman, Katy Meyer, and Crystal Spinner.

The Set, Serve and Rally for the Cure fundraising match between the MacMurray College and Illinois College volleyball teams on Oct. 26 at MacMurray resulted in a $2,352 donation to the Mia Ware Foundation in Jacksonville.
Record Fall For SLIAC All-Academic Team Honors

For the second straight fall the SLIAC will recognize a record amount of student-athltes on the conference All-Academic Team. This fall a total of 181 student-athletes earned SLIAC All-Academic Team honors, surpassing last year's record high of 168.
Panthers Topped by Wisconsin-Whitewater in First Round

The Greenville College volleyball team traveled to UW-Whitewater to play the No. 11 Warhawks on Thursday in the first round of the NCAA tournament. Greenville fell in a 25-21, 25-15, 25-17 decision.

Greenville Trekking to Wisconsin-Whitewater For Regional

The Greenville women's volleyball team has been placed in the Whitewater regional, hosted by the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. The Panthers qualified for their third NCAA national tournament and second consecutive by winning the championship of the SLIAC tournament.

Diehl a Spalding First, Named SLIAC Volleyball Player of the Year

Jessica Diehl becomes the first player in Spalding University history to be named the SLIAC Volleyball Player of the Year. Diehl is joined on the 2016 All-Conference award winner list by her coach, Bridget Yates, who was named the Coach of the Year.
