  • Massner Joins 1,000 Point Club For Tigers

    Darby Massner (SR/Mediapolis, IA) reached the 1,000 point milestone in her career after scoring a layup in the first quarter of today's Iowa Wesleyan women's basketball game against Spalding University.  Massner entered the day six points away from the milestone.

    Westminster women's basketball notched the program's first win over perennial Division III power Washington University after Kendahl Adams hit a three-pointer with 6.7 seconds left to secure the 70-68 Blue Jay win. This marks the first win by a St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference team over Washington-St. Louis since the 2005-06 season when Maryville University was still a member of the SLIAC.

  • Webster Announces 2019 Hall of Fame Class

    Webster University Athletics will place five new inductees into the Webster Athletics Hall of Fame during its annual Hall of Fame Banquet on Saturday, Feb. 9. This year's 10th Hall of Fame class which was formally unveiled on Monday afternoon includes four former Gorlok student-athletes and a longtime Webster Athletics administrator.

  • Greenville Picked As Favorites in SLIAC Women's Basketball

    Greenville University has been picked as the favorites by the coaches in the 2018-19 St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Preseason Poll. The Panthers received 55 total points in the poll including four first-place nods. Spalding University and Westminster College finished just behind with 51 points each while defending SLIAC Tournament Champion Webster University is predicted to be the fourth team into the tournament field.

    Westminster women's basketball posted the 17th-best grade point average among NCAA Division III teams in the country, marking the eighth time the team has made the list and the seventh consecutive.
