For the first time in a decade, the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference has a three-peat champion in Women's Cross Country. Webster University won its 3rd straight title after tallying the lowest point total at the SLIAC Championship since 2009. Webster had five runners finish in the top nine and six total earn All-Conference honors. 

Kalleigh Linthicum became just the 3rd Gorlok to win the SLIAC Individual Championship, joining former Gorloks Rita Ross (1993) and Valerie Martin (2015). Linthicum held back through the first loop before pulling away around the 3K mark. She finished with a championship time of 23:14, more than 16-seconds faster than the next closest runner. Kaitlin Higgins took 3rd, picking up SLIAC Newcomer of the Year honors, with a time of 23:53. She was followed by Meredith Sowers (5th), Taylor Dunning (6th), Daniell Schultz (9th), and Savannah Brewer (14th) who all picked up All-Conference honors.

Greenville University finished 2nd overall with 56 points. They were led by Hannah Williams' 7th place showing, coming in with a time of 24:32. Emma Leonhard and Kori Nesbit followed with All-Conference efforts.

Principia College was 3rd with 87 points and was paced by Emme Schaefer. Schaefer finished with a time of 23:58, placing 4th overall.

Spalding University placed 4th with 94 points and was led by Victoria Shedron's 2nd place finish, recording a time of 23:30. Kelsey Phillips came in 8th place and finished with a time of 24:48 closing out her career as a four-time All-Conference performer.

Fontbonne University totaled 107 points for a 5th place finish. Patience VanderMierden placed 22nd with a time of 26:32.

Blackburn College was paced by Kathryn Chase who finished 30th overall with a time of 27:48.

Sierra Howardson led Iowa Wesleyan University with an 11th place finish, recording a time of 25:00 and earning All-Conference honors for the second straight year.

MacMurray College's Elizabeth Staunton came in 45th with a time of 33:48.
