Principia Men Earn National Bid

The Principia College men's tennis team earned a bid to the 2019 NCAA Division III Championship. The tournament will be held in St. Louis, Mo. and hosted by Washington University. Matches will run Thursday, May 9 through Saturday, May 11. All five matches will be broadcast live on the WashU Sports Network, along with live stats on the WashU Athletics website. 

Principia went 14-8 overall this season and won the program's 6th consecutive SLIAC Tournament. This marks the first time in program history the Panthers have made the NCAA Division III National Tournament. Principia will face the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in the opening round with the winner advancing to face #27 ranked Kalamazoo on Friday.
