Men's Basketball Player of the Week
 

Drew Burwinkel, MacMurray College

Burwinkel put his name in the MacMurray record books last week, becoming just the second Highlander to ever record a triple-double. He did so with 13 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists against Greenville. Burwinkel was also key in his team's come from behind win over Eureka, scoring 13 of his 17 points in the second half. He added 6 rebounds and 4 assists in the game, shooting 6-of-8 from the field. On the week Burwinkel averaged 15.0 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 7.0 assists while shooting 60-percent from the field. 

Women's Basketball Player of the Week
 

Olivia Falls, Eureka College

Falls picks up her 4th weekly award this season after averaging 21.5 points, 12.0 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 5.5 steals in two Red Devil wins last week. The sophomore had a high of 28 points in a win over MacMurray, adding 12 rebounds and 5 steals in the game. She followed with 15 points, 12 rebounds, 7 assists, and 6 steals in a win over Iowa Wesleyan. On the week Falls shot 65-percent from the field and 90-percent from the free-throw line. 

Men's Field Athlete of the Week  
 

Greih Murray, Fontbonne University

Murray picks up weekly honors after competing in two events at the Jim Green Invite. Murray, a junior from Jefferson City, Mo., placed 23rd in both the Weight Throw and Shot Put. He finished with a distance of 28'7" in the weight throw and 31'1" in the shot put. 

Men's Track Athlete of the Week  
 

Keyonn Hall-Baker, Fontbonne University

Hall-Baker, a freshman from St. Louis, Mo., set a school record over the weekend while competing in three events at the Jim Green Invite. Hall-Baker broke the school record in the high jump with a mark of 5'9", placing 7th at the event. He also finished the 800-meter run in 2:22 and the 200-meter dash in 25:39 for two top-25 finishes. 

Women's Field Athlete of the Week  
 

Sierra Moore, Fontbonne University

Moore, a junior from Liberty, Mo., takes home weekly honors after a top ten finish in the shot put at the Jim Green Invite. Moore placed 9th in the shot put with a distance of 34'. 

Women's Track Athlete of the Week  
 

Sierra Howardson, Iowa Wesleyan University

Howardson, a sophomore, is the weekly award winner after breaking an Iowa Wesleyan record in the 2000 meter dry steeplechase. Howardson, from Danville, Iowa, finished in a time of 7:51, placing 2nd at the Luther College Invite.

  • Desiree Brooks, Fontbonne University (Track and Field) Set a personal record in the 800-meter run and mile.
  • Landon Harrison, Westminster College (Men's Basketball) Scored 35 points, with 10 rebounds and 6 assists, against Principia.
  • Morgan McCrea, Iowa Wesleyan University (Women's Basketball) Recorded 19 points and 13 rebounds in a win over Blackburn.
  • Jacob Neubauer, Iowa Wesleyan University (Men's Basketball) Tallied 26 points with 7 three-pointers against Blackburn.
