Track and Field Athletes Earn Academic All-District Honors

A total of nine student-athletes from the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference have earned Academic All-District honors for the Track and Field season as announced by the College Sports Communicators. 

Earning honors this year are Micah Barnes (Webster University), Lexie Barthmaier (Spalding University), Caleb Fletcher (Webster University), Christian Gray (Webster University), Madelyn Huffstetter (Fontbonne University), Isabelle Llewellyn (Webster University), Peter McGowan (Spalding University), Kianna Patton (Webster University), and Abigail Szydlowski (Webster University).  

To be nominated for the All-District Team, a student-athlete must have completed one full calendar year at the institution, be a started or important reserve, and hold at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average at his current institution. Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second-, and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced on June 28.
